- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups ice
- ½ cup tequila
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- ¼ cup Triple Sec
- 1 cup sugar-free simple syrup: Bring 1 cup sucralose and 1 cup water to a boil in a small pan. Let cool for 30 minutes and then refrigerate until cold, at least 1 hour. Makes about 1 cup.
- 1 cup frozen mango chunk
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Puree until smooth. Transfer to 4 margarita glasses.
- Garnish the glasses with a mango chunk and a strawberry.
