Tuna Fish Cream Cheese on Crackers

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Kite Hill cream cheese style spread
- 1/4 teaspoon curry or dill
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 cup finely chopped onions or scallions
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
- 1 ounce – 5can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna
- 14 Mary’s Gone crackers

Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in spices, onions, and lemon juice.
- Then add the tuna fish and mix until the tuna is in tiny pieces.
- Evenly divide the tuna fish cream cheese on the crackers. About 1 ½ teaspoons per cracker.
- Place on 2 plates.
