  3. 2 BBQ Chicken Snacker Wraps and 10 ounces of Minestrone soup.
  4. A bowl of Chili with a homestyle Wheat Bun and an unsweetened iced tea.

400 Calorie Breakfast

  1. Egg White & Cheese Omelet Breakfast Sandwich (on multigrain bread): Enjoy 2 sandwiches, but hold the cheese on one, and ask for a hot green tea.
