- 1 cup 4% milkfat Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 cup grapes or berries --- for the 400-calorie meal or ½ medium fresh apple or banana
- 1 1/4 cup fresh or frozen pineapple or mango ---- for the 500-calorie meal

- Heat the Tasty Bite as directed. Divide in two. Save or share the other half.
- Mix the cottage cheese and fruit. Add monk fruit zero calorie sweetener, or splenda, if desired.
- Enjoy your meal with a bottle of Artisan water.
