Instructions
  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, allowing 3-4 inches to extend over the sides.
  2. Place graham crackers in a bag and crush with a wooden hammer until finely crushed.
  3. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter substitute in a bowl, once well mixed, press into the pan.
  4. Freeze pan until set, about 20 minutes.
  5. Place the strawberries into a large bowl and compress with a large spoon until the strawberries are finely mashed.
  6. Stir in yogurt, lime, honey, 2 teaspoons of zest.
  7. Pour into crust, and spread out evenly.
  8. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Use parchment paper to remove dessert from the pan.
  9. With a hot knife cut into 12 squares.
  10. Garnish with lime zest.
  11. For the prepared crust, cut into 10 slices.
