Instructions
  1. Over medium heat in a nonstick skillet, cook the onions with the oil until softened.
  2. Add mushrooms and garlic, stir gently and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Add wine, and bring to boil over high heat.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in cauliflower, and cook for 4 minutes on medium, or until softened.
  6. Add asparagus and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in cheese.
