Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, warm oil over medium heat. Add onion and red pepper flakes and sauté until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic; sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in spinach, cheese, scrambled eggs, pepper, and a pinch of salt; cook until spinach is wilted and tender, and eggs are cooked to your taste preference. Remove skillet from heat and stir in nutmeg.
  2. Divide evenly on 4 plates and serve.

Serve 1/4 of scrambled eggs, 2 ounces bacon, 1 slice of Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat with a cup of coffee or hot tea. Make a sandwich or spread some sugar free jam on your toast.

Serve 1/4 of scrambled eggs, 2 ounces bacon, 1 slice of Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat, 1 cup of fresh raspberries (or any fruit from the 50-calorie list), 10 whole raw almonds, or 5 walnut halves,  with a cup of coffee or hot tea. Make a sandwich or spread some sugar free jam on your toast.
