Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray an oven-safe casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. Rinse fish and pat dry. Place in the oven-safe casserole dish.
  3. Mix seasoning and oil, and drizzle over fish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Cut into 4 pieces.

Serve Salmon with 1 serving of  Baked Asparagus (or any veggie from the 100 Calorie Veggie list), 1 cup of pineapple (or any fruit from the 100 Calorie Fruit, fruit dessert list).

Or

One serving of salmon with Summer Basil Pesto Pasta Salad , or any 150 calorie pasta/potato/rice/ and 1 cup of Honeydew or any fruit from the 50-calorie list.

500 Calorie Meal

Serve Salmon with Baby Arugula, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions and Feta Cheese Salad  (or any choice from the 50 Calorie Salad list), 1 serving of  Quinoa Salad & Baby Spinach (or any pasta, beans, or quinoa from the 150 Calorie Veggie list), and 1 cup of pineapple (or any fruit from the 100 Calorie Fruit list).
