Spice up your cottage cheese with one of the following:

1. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and Splenda
2. Cinnamon
3. Cinnamon and artificial sweetener of your choosing.
4. Taco seasoning
5. Habaneros; finely chopped
6. Jalapenos; finely chopped
7. Poppy seed and salt and pepper
8. Fresh basil and chopped tomato with a little cracked black pepper
9. Salt substitute and black pepper (A great choice if you are watching your sodium intake!)
10. Hot sauce
11. Salsa
12. Grated carrot, finely chopped spring onion and parsley
13. Red garlic chili sauce with cut up carrots and/or red pepper
14. Pumpkin pie spice and Splenda
15. Tahini, lemon juice and garlic powder
16. 2 teaspoon of lemon juice
17. 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
18. 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
19. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
20. 1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
21. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of canned green chilies and pimientos
22. All-purpose Spice Island seasoning with onion and celery and salt.
23. 1-2 teaspoons of capers.
24. Go wild and try any combination of these.
