Enjoy with coffee (sorry but you will need to ask for skim milk because the coffee creamer will put you over the amount of saturated fat recommended at each meal, in other words, your calories will be fine but the saturated fat will be at 8.0) a large glass of unsweetened ice tea.
  5. One Egg McMuffin® and one Egg White Delight McMuffin®, hold the butter on each.
