Instructions
  1. Combine oil and honey in a large nonstick skillet over medium for 3 minutes. Add plums to pan, cut sides down; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Divide plums evenly among 4 serving bowls.
  2. Add orange juice to skillet; cook over medium 3 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove pan from heat.
  3. Top each serving with yogurt, then the granola; drizzle evenly with juice mixture. Serve immediately.
