
Softened Plums with Vanilla Yogurt

4 (serving size: 3 plum halves, 2 tablespoons yogurt, about 1 tablespoon sauce, and 1 tablespoon granola)

- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- 4 teaspoons pure honey
- 6 medium ripe plums halved and pitted
- 3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat granola

Instructions
- Combine oil and honey in a large nonstick skillet over medium for 3 minutes. Add plums to pan, cut sides down; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned and tender. Divide plums evenly among 4 serving bowls.
- Add orange juice to skillet; cook over medium 3 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Remove pan from heat.
- Top each serving with yogurt, then the granola; drizzle evenly with juice mixture. Serve immediately.
