- 6 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups almond milk; unsweetened
- 2/3 cup Splenda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Put the cinnamon sticks and water into a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the rice. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, until rice is soft and water has evaporated.
- Add milk, Splenda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Cook for another 15 minutes until it thickens.
- Remove cinnamon sticks, divide evenly between 6 cups, or small bowls, and serve warm.
