Instructions
  1. Put the cinnamon sticks and water into a medium-sized saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in the rice. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, until rice is soft and water has evaporated.
  3. Add milk, Splenda, ground cinnamon, and salt. Cook for another 15 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Remove cinnamon sticks, divide evenly between 6 cups, or small bowls, and serve warm.
