400 Calories

Enjoy with 2/3 cup of fat free cottage cheese,  ½ cup of grapes (or any half a serving of fruit from the 50 calorie list) , and 6 whole raw almonds. The fruit and nuts can be mixed in the cottage cheese, and artificial sweetener can be added if desired. Eat along with a large unsweetened iced tea.

500 Calories

Enjoy with 2/3 cup of fat free cottage cheese,  ½ cup of grapes (or any half a serving of fruit from the 50 calorie list) , and 26 whole raw almonds. You can add the fruit to the cottage cheese with some artificial sweetener if desired.
