Instructions
  1. Marinate pork in McCormick's Grill Master Pork Rub or overnight with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.

Serve pork with:

1/2 cup - steamed brown rice (can use savory sauce from Autumn Ingredient Salad on rice)
1 cup - grapes (or any fruit from the 50-calorie list).
