Ingredients
- 1 Boboli 100% whole wheat Italian Pie Crust
- 1 jar Classico fire roasted pizza sauce
- 1 cup Weight Watchers low fat Mexican cheese
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 18 ounces Chicken: either pre prepared or fresh cooked on grill or stove top
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced Onions
- 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped or 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakesplus---
- 1/4 tsp. salt or salt substitute
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions
- Heat oven on bake at 450 degrees
- Spread jar of sauce evenly over crust.
- Add all of the toppings except cheese.
- Sprinkle on the seasonings.
- Drizzle oil evenly over toppings.
- Evenly add the cheese.
- Place pizza on top shelf and bake for 8 minutes
- Then broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Cut into 6 slices
Recipe Notes
400 Calorie Meal
Enjoy one slice of pizza with Mixed Salad: 1 cup of mixed baby greens, ½ cup of carrots, celery, green peas, combined, and 1 teaspoon of fat free feta cheese. Toss with 1 Tablespoon of Newman's Own Lite Lime Vinaigrette. And, 1 cup of fresh strawberries or any fruit from the 50 calorie list.
