Ingredients
- 3 ounces Seafood (Shrimp white fish or fatty fish) – fatty fish (tuna, albacore tuna, yellowfin tuna, herring, trout, mackerel, shellfish, sardines and salmon) or 4of shrimp or white fish (cod, flounder) - either pre-cooked, or out of a can or packet
- 1/2 cup Pasta (or rice quinoa, beans or couscous): cooked – such as whole grain spaghetti
- 1 cup Veggies: non-starchy veggies such as broccoli – frozen or fresh, if frozen defrost first
- 2 teaspoons Oil: olive oil or canola oil
- 2 teaspoons seasoning: such as McCormick’s grill mates Brown Sugar Bourbon

- Mix all together in a stir fry or skillet, cook until done.
