- 3 ounces Ham: or 1/3 cup of lean ham or Canadian Bacon, --- deli rotisserie, canned, fresh, grilled, cooked on stove top or frozen For example: 3 regular slices of deli ham
- 1 cup Lettuce: Any kind and amount For example: Arugula
- 1 slice largeTomatoe if desired.
- 1 tablespoon Dressing: 50 Calorie (from the Lickity Split Gourmet or Grocery to Go exchange list) For example: 1of olive oil mayonnaise or ¼ of a small avocado
- 2 teaspoons olive oil drizzle on lettuce or canola oil

- Toast or heat bread, if desired.
- Cover bread with dressing.
- Layer lettuce and ham.
- Drizzle oil on lettuce.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
