Instructions
  1. Toast or heat bread, if desired.
  2. Cover bread with dressing.
  3. Layer lettuce and poultry.
  4. Drizzle oil on lettuce.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.

One sandwich plus 1 cup of fresh grapes or any fruit from the 50 calorie list.

500 Calorie Meal

One sandwich, plus 1 fresh apple or any fruit from the 100 calorie list, and 10 almonds or 5 walnut halves.

Option # 2

One sandwich, plus Spicy Carrot Soup or any soup from the 100 calorie list, and 10 almonds or 5 walnut halves.

Or,

One sandwich, plus any soup from the 150 calorie list: such as  Southwestern Chicken & Vegetable Soup.
