Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Combine peanut butter and honey in a bowl and microwave until peanut butter melts (approximately 25 seconds). Stir.
  3. Stir vanilla and cinnamon into peanut butter and honey mixture. Add oats and stir until oats are completely covered in peanut butter mixture. Spread out oat mixture onto prepared cookie sheet and bake for 7 -8 minutes until granola is slightly browned.
  4. Let cool until granola is crunchy.
Recipe Notes

400 Calorie Meal

Layer one serving of granola with 1 cup of Chobani Vanilla Greek and 14 whole raw almonds/or 7 walnut halves chopped.

500 Calorie Meal

Layer one serving of granola with 1 cup of Chobani Vanilla Greek, one cup of fresh strawberries (or any fruit from the 50 calorie list), and 24 whole raw almonds/or 14 walnut halves chopped.
