Ingredients
- 1 1/2 scoops protein powder: Giant Fitness Whey Protein Powder or Walgreen’s vanilla protein powder
- 1 3/4 cup papaya frozen and cut into pieces
- 2 teaspoons grapeseed oil
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1/2 lemon juice from lemon
- 2 teaspoons pure honey
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger peeled and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup crushed ice if not using frozen fruit

- In a blender place water, Protein Powder, honey, lemon, fruit, and oil. Blend until smooth.
- Add more water if necessary.
- May use no calorie sweetener of choice.
