Battered chicken breast and broccoli, toasted in a sesame ginger sauce.

Follow the directions on the bag. On step 3 add 4 or 5 ounces of additional chicken, open a can of Swanson's or add 4 ounces of deli meat. And finish as directed.

500 Calorie Meal

Enjoy 1 serving of the Sesame Chicken, with 1 cup of fresh strawberries (or any fruit from the 50 calorie list).  If you would prefer you may have 1/3 cup of fat free cottage cheese instead of adding the extra chicken.
