Mixed Fruit Almond Smoothie

A delicious meal replacement. If you don't have time to eat your bananas before they become too ripe, remove the peel, cut in 1 inch pieces and place in a freezer friendly container in the freezer. Then, remove from freezer for this recipe. Dr. Becky's Mother taught her not to waste.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder Giant Fitness Whey Protein Powder or Walgreen’s protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/3 banana sliced, frozen if possible
- 2 tbsp. raw almonds chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- extra water as needed

- Combine all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly blended and smooth.
