Instructions
  1. Combine the masala ingredients in a food processor or blender and grind to a fine paste. Set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a sauce pan over medium heat and add the masala. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the mixture starts to bubble, add the chili, mango, and curry leaves. Mix well and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and water and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the heat, discard the curry leaves and green chili, and serve hot. If desired, garnish with fresh basil or other herb leaves.

One serving of shrimp with ½ cup fat free cottage cheese, with Arugula Salad with Parmesan, Lemon & Olive Oil  or any 100 calorie salad or veggie, and 1 cup of nectarines, or any 50 calorie fruit.

Or – One serving of shrimp with ½ cup fat free cottage cheese, and a Chickpea Salad  or any 150 calorie pasta/rice/quinoa/potatoes .
