Kashi's new Chimichurri Quinoa Bowl is full of whole grains, kale and zucchini. To kick it up a notch, we added an Argentinian-inspired grilling sauce, made with vinegar, garlic parsley, cilantro, extra virgin olive oil and aromatic herbs.
