Instructions
  1. Wash chicken and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken.
  3. Rub seasonings over chicken, and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Space chicken pieces evenly on a nonstick or lightly greased baking pan.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 30 to 40 minutes, or until the meat is cook all the way through.

400 Calorie Meal

One serving of chicken with Baby Kale, Cucumber, Carrots, Tomatoes and Feta Cheese Salad  or any 50-calorie salad, (top with 10 whole almonds, sliced), Mixed Veggies – Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower or any 50 calorie veggie and 1 cup of fresh raspberries or any 50 calorie fruit.

500 Calorie Meal

One serving of chicken with Baby Mixed Greens with Pomegranate Vinaigrette or any 100 calorie salad, (top with 10 whole almonds, sliced),  Sicilian Eggplant Caponata or any 100 calorie veggie and 1 cup of fresh blackberries or any 50 calorie fruit.
