Ingredients
- 1 pouch Tuna Creations® BOLD Jalapeño 2.6 ounces
- 2 slices whole grain bread --- for example Oroweat Whole Grains see link below for other options
- 1/2 avocado ripe -- sliced into thin strips
- lime juice
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise made with canola oil
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper --- seeded -- an finely chopped, if using plain tuna

Instructions
- Toast bread until browned on each side.
- Top each piece with half the avocado slices and spread slightly. Drizzle with lime juice.
- Mix the tuna and mayo.
- Top each piece of bread with half the tuna.
