- 4 tbsp unsweetened dark cacao powder
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2-3 tsp Splenda to taste
- 4 tsp instant coffee
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Bring milk, cacao powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, splenda, instant coffee, and salt to a simmer in a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Whisk until mixture is smooth and creamy, and the chocolate has dissolved.
- Divide hot mocha coffee among 4 mugs.
- Optional: Garnish with cacao nibs and orange zest.
