
Honey Orange Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water hot divided
- 6 teaspoons pure honey
- 2 cups ice cubes divided
- 3 ounces or 6 tablespoons dry vermouth divided
- 6 ounces or 3/4 cup gin divided
- 2 ounces or ¼ cup fresh lemon juice divided
- 2 cups orange mango ICE divided or one bottle
- 6 --- 3 inch orange rind strips divided

Instructions
- Combine 2 tablespoons hot water and 3 teaspoons honey in a cocktail shaker.
- Add 1 cup ice, 3 ounces of gin, 1 1/2 ounces of vermouth, and one ounce of lemon juice. Cover with lid and shake for 1 minute.
- Strain into 3 glasses and top each with 1/3 cup of orange mango ICE.
- Repeat procedure.
- Garnish each glass with orange strips.
