  1. Heat Homestyle Chicken and Potatoes as directed.

400 Calorie

Serve with ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese ,  1 cup of fresh blackberries (or any fruit from the 50 calorie list) and 14 almonds/or 7 walnut halves, and a glass of diet green tea.

Option # 2: Enjoy one entrée with Chobani Simply,  blueberry flavor,  and 14 raw whole almonds.

500 Calorie

Serve with ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese,  2 cups of fresh strawberries (or any fruit from the 100 calorie list) and 20 almonds/or 10 walnut halves, and a glass of diet green tea. 

Option # 2: Enjoy one entrée with Chobani Simply 100, blueberry flavor, one cup of fresh grapes (or any fruit from the 50 calorie list) and 21 raw whole almonds.
