Enjoy one entrée with ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese; mix in 1 cup of fresh blackberries, add Splenda to taste, if desired. (Or any fruit from the 50 -calorie list.) Enjoy with a bottle of Sparkling Black Raspberry ICE.
500 Calorie Meal
Serve one entrée with ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese; mix in 1 cup of fresh strawberries, add Splenda to taste, if desired. (Or, any fruit from the the 50=calorie list). Enjoy with 14 almonds, or (add 7 teaspoons of chopped nuts to the above combo) & a bottle of Sparkling Kiwi Strawberry ICE.
