Healthy Choice Lemon Pepper Fish

If you have a zest for seafood, this is the meal for you. Tender and flaky white fish lightly breaded to perfection with lemon pepper seasoning, served over a bed of fluffy rice pilaf, and complemented with a side of wonderfully fresh broccoli. A deliciously sweet caramel-apple dessert only makes this winner even better.

400 Calorie Meal
Serve one entrée with ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese; season with Cinnamon, nutmeg and Splenda if desired (see list of ways to spice up cottage cheese) and enjoy with a bottle of Sparkling Kiwi Strawberry ICE.
500 Calorie Meal
Serve one entrée with ½ cup of fat free cottage cheese; season if desired and enjoy with 14 almonds (or mix in 2 teaspoons of chopped nuts, with cinnamon and nutmeg, +/- Splenda, to the cottage cheese) and, a glass of diet green tea.
