Instructions
  1. Heat the oil over medium for 3 minutes, add the garlic, red chili flakes, and parsley. Place the sauce in a small cup and set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill to high. Place scrubbed clams on a piece of foil or on pan with sides --- to catch the juices.
  3. Cook over direct heat for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping fully opened clams halfway through. (Discard any clams that do not open.) Drizzle the lime juice and sauce into the clam shells and serve.
