Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except Cool Whip .
  2. Then fold in Cool Whip gently until mixed. Don't over do it or it will lose its fluff.
  3. Chill until ready to eat.
  4. You could use tropical fruit if you want but check and see the difference in calories. You can use the light instead of ff cool whip and cottage cheese. It doesn't add very many calories.
