Instructions
  1. In a 1-quart measuring cup, whisk together 1 1/3 cups cold water and 1/3 cup ground coffee until all the lumps are gone.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours but not more than 12 hours.
  3. Over a tall glass, strain the coffee through a coffee filter-lined strainer, pushing it through with a spatula if necessary.
  4. Stir in syrup and sweetener to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Iced coffee doesn’t have to be hot coffee poured over ice. Cold brewing makes coffee less acidic and thus enhances its sweetness.
