Instructions
  1. Mix ¼ cup uncooked Bob’s Red Mill Quick Steel Cut Oats, ½ cup of egg beaters, 1 scoop of Walgreen’s Whey Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder, 1 tsp. of cinnamon and 1 small mashed banana.
  2. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Spray skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray and heat on medium.
  4. Pour batter into skillet, using approximately ½ cup per pancake; cook until bubbles start to form on the surface; flip and cook about 1 minute more, or until done.
  5. Mix 1 tsp. of maple syrup, 1 tsp. of water and 7 halves of walnuts, chopped. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds once the pancakes are done.
  6. Serve on top of pancakes.
