Instructions
Baked Cod
  1. Spray cooking sheet with canola cooking spray. Place fillets on cooking sheet. Drizzle oil over fish. In place of oil, can use fatty fish, such as Salmon.
  2. Sprinkle McCormick Salmon Rub on each fillet.
  3. Place in 350ºF oven and bake until flaky. Don't overcook.
Spaghetti with Spinach-Avocado Sauce
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Drain pasta.
  2. Combine reserved 1/2 cup cooking liquid, spinach and next 8 ingredients (through avocado) in a food processor; process until smooth. Combine pasta and spinach mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with tomatoes.
