  1. Santa Fe Enchilada Bowl: Enjoy one entrée with ¾ cup fat free cottage cheese, and a half cup of fresh strawberries  (or any ½ serving of fruit from the 50 calorie list)
  2. Enjoy one entrée with ½ cup fat free cottage cheese, a fresh peach (or any fruit from the 50-calorie list), 4 whole raw almonds (consider adding the peach and almonds, chopped, with Splenda to the cottage cheese), and Sparkling ICE Crisp Apple water.
