Enjoy one entrée of Amy's Indian Vegetable Korma with 2/3 cup of fat free cottage cheese, ½ cup of grapes (or any half a serving of fruit from the 50 calorie list) , and 10 whole raw almonds. You can add the fruit, and nuts to the cottage cheese with some artificial sweetener if desired.
