Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine yogurt and vanilla, spread on 2 slices whole grain bread.
  2. Make a sandwich with fresh blueberries on the inside, (with the yogurt.)
  3. In a medium mixing bowl beat the one egg for 1 minute by hand, mix in cinnamon and vanilla.
  4. Dip sandwich in egg mixture.
  5. Heat 1 teaspoon of canola oil in a skillet on medium-high, grill both sides of French Toast until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side
  6. Cut in half and serve.
