While studying for my Obesity board recertification I reviewed this article. Too high and too low carbohydrate diets are bad for your health and decrease your lifespan. If you thrive on a less than 40% carbohydrate diet, such as the Keto-diet, replace the missing carbohydrates with plant based proteins and fat. Or get the perfect amount of carbohydrates and follow Health Done Right.
